This week was hectic and just involved altogether too much energy 🙂 I also have an action-packed weekend in store for me (concert tonight, ski trip tomorrow) AND I knew that I would be going out for lunch today, so a light, but energizing breakfast was in order. Enter my new fave:
A smoothie! Served in one of my favorite glasses (Husband and I used to have this habit where we would steal bar glasses from all the places we went. Then we got married and received more glassware than we could ever possibly use).
-Chobani Blueberry Greek Yogurt
-Muscle Milk protein powder
It was delicious and totally hit the spot to get me up and at ’em on a Friday morning. Happy Friday, one and all!
