Saturday mornings are for sleeping in (at least a little bit) after going out and having fun with friends on Friday night:
After a night of line dancing with Andrea and her boyfriend Kris, Dan and I allowed ourselves to sleep in until 9:15am! Unheard of in our family, particularly since Penny never allows it. She must have been up late last night working on her rawhide:
Saturday mornings are for doing our taxes. Dan has been hard at work on them since we finally got up:
Saturday mornings are for waffles. Usually we find a way to make delicious weekend breakfasts, but today I opted for the lazy way out. I toasted a Van’s Lite Waffle and topped it with pumpkin, peanut butter and just a drizzle of syrup.

Saturday mornings are for working out. They are the toughest for me, because when I don’t have a structured schedule, I tend to put off the trip to the gym. We have lots going on later, though, so I know I need to go soon! I’m hoping to polish off the remainder of my treadmill minutes for the week and try a new workout I found.
