After yesterday’s waffle, our Saturday became downright exhausting. First, we hit the gym, where with a heart-pounding 30 minutes on the treadmill, I managed to break last week’s record of time spent running! This week’s total came out to 95 minutes, which is only 25 minutes away from my goal of 120! It seems to be getting easier, or at least a more integrated part of my routine, which was the idea in the first place. I’m definitely very happy about the progress.
Upon leaving the gym, we were thrust into a very tight schedule: getting ready, heading to a birthday party, and then ending up at a portrait party. We spent several fun hours with family and friends, sipping on some wine and snacking on guacamole and hummus!
Our friends Kat and Brian had a painting done of themselves, and threw a party to “unveil” it, so that is where we ended our night:
What a beautiful couple and a wonderful Saturday!
