While were in Saint Louis, I had an amazing breakfast sandwich, shown here.
Dan took it upon himself to attempt to create a sandwich like this for us to enjoy at home. We used Thomas’ Bagel Thins, eggs and cucumber:
In Dan’s version, the eggs were drippier, which I looooooooved, but the lack of cheese really made a difference. I’m sure Dan’s version was MUCH healthier and lower in calories, but the Mudhouse version was ultimately the winner. Luckily, my taste buds were still fooled and my craving was satisfied. This definitely a filling and protein-friendly breakfast to enjoy after a tough workout, or a lazy weekend morning.
