In my family, we love our avocado bean dips. This time, we decided to put a little bit of a different spin on things. The Haas, California avocados that we normally buy weren’t looking so ripe. We decided to try the “Florida” avocados. They look very similar to the ones we usually buy, but they are a bit greener and have a bit of a different shape:
They were a bit harder to peel than their west coast cousins, but other than that, I didn’t notice too much of a difference. It still came out looking like this:
And we still used the delicious Multi-Grain chips as a vessel to get it in our mouths:
I guess there’s just no messing with perfection.
