Cardio Changeup

After getting back into my weights routine this week, the plan called for a day of cardio. With my legs screaming in pain from all those squats, I decided running was out of the picture.

I started with 20 minutes of Arc Training and was about to move on to either the elliptical or StairMaster, but Dan made an interesting suggestion: rowing!

I strapped my feet in and got going. I rowed for about 15 minutes and it felt great to push myself in an area other than running. I guess I must have been doing it correctly, since my back is killing me this morning. I feel a rest day coming on.
