Spring has sprung in Chicago and I’ve been enjoying it to the fullest.
Going on frequent runs (and using my new, girly foam roller afterward for recovery!)
Doing yoga with the door open, playing tennis (and taking lessons on how to improve my form from my dad!), playing golf (and not playing NEARLY as terribly as I did last summer!), baking some cookies…
Enjoying a new favorite beer from local brewers, Two Brothers. Pairs wonderfully with all my favorite sports (Cubs, Bulls, Blackhawks and the Masters!)
Whew! All that plus an extra amazing workout Dan devised for us (I will post more details about that soon) makes our whole family pretty darn tuckered.
