now what?

after 12 wonderful weeks of working with keri, i have completed the initial program she set up for me! i’m left exhilarated by the progress i made, but wondering (a little anxiously) about what comes next. after i’ve had a bit of time to digest my thoughts a bit more, i will write a longer blog post, but in the meantime, the below picture could go  one of two ways:

1. i just climbed this gigantic mountain, and i’m feeling pumped, so what else you got for me world … NOW WHAT!?


2. i just made all this progress, but now i’ve gotten to the top of the mountain and feel a little lost. what else is there for me to do? NOW WHAT!?
