since i eat six times a day (three of which take place while i’m at work), making food ahead of time is key. on sundays, i try to prep some proteins, veggies and carbohydrates that will keep throughout the week and can easily be portioned out each day. here’s what a sample day might look like:
lots of chopped veggies – sometimes roasted, sometimes raw
quinoa salad (i learned via keri that this combination of whole grains and veggies ACTUALLY counts as a protein!)
