it’s easy to get caught up in the, “why am i doing this again?” type thinking when you don’t feel like working out or skipping that second brownie. i’ve found a tactic that works: i make a list of benefits for me, my health and my life affiliated with whatever it is i don’t want to do. i may get them laminated someday, but they all lend to my mantra that i repeat to myself while i work out …
