the path to happiness

recently, i’ve done a lot of pondering on the topic of happiness. i’ve read articles and books (such as this one by the dalai lama and this one by deepak chopra). i’ve watched documentaries (this one by werner herzog is amazing) and listened to podcasts (including this one from Shawn Anchor, originally referenced to me by andrea here). i’m also about to finish another relevant book called the four agreements: a practical guide to personal freedom, which is the freshest in my mind. everything these people are saying makes complete sense to me. i’m on board! now the only problem is practicing all their suggestions enough to make it all work.
